• Educate members on their plan benefits and available services
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service
• Make a real difference—one conversation at a time

What You Bring

• Fluent in English
• Outbound call center or customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• Texas residency
• Ability to pass a background check
• A Windows 11 computer with two screens, 16 GB of RAM, a wired Internet connection, and a noise cancelling headset
