Role: Amisys Configuration testers with

100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage deep expertise in Amisys configuration and Optum Pricer integration to optimize claims and provider data processes.
• Be a hands-on technical expert who is comfortable addressing challenges at the configuration level and implementing real-world solutions.
• Bring innovative thinking to challenge entrenched processes and deliver impactful, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the team to transfer knowledge, educate staff, and create a foundation for long-term operational improvements.
• Can you share your experience with Amisys configuration, particularly related to claims and provider data, and your knowledge of Optum Pricer integration or optimization?
• Have you worked on resolving technical configuration challenges or optimizing existing systems at a hands-on level? Could you provide an example of a complex issue you've diagnosed and improved?
• Have you been involved in assessing existing configurations or operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions? If so, can you share a specific example?
