Hybrid position. Must live in the Indianapolis area.

Pay: $32.00/hour

In this role you will:

·Conduct general analysis of data; serve as project lead, as assigned

·Perform and document procedures for data preparation including record linkage, data cleaning, standardization, analysis and interpretation

·Work with System Epidemiologist to improve quality, accuracy and timeliness of data submitted

·Query and analyze data for data requests as necessary, in conjunction with the Data Release Committee

·Apply principles of good ethical, legal, and public health practice as they relate to data reports, design and data collection, dissemination and use

·Provide operational support for the database, ensuring data integrity, database availability, and performance

·Develop integration of database systems through standardized database design techniques

·Develop data collection and evaluation methodologies, including format design, project criteria and requirements, data compilation, relevancy and usage

·Incorporate interpersonal skills in communication with agency personnel, colleagues and the public

·Collaborate with stakeholders for best practices in data analysis and effective data reporting
