We’re hiring a Healthcare Systems Analyst to support lab and pathology systems for a leading hospital network in Atlanta. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining critical clinical systems, supporting operations, and ensuring compliance across multiple facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, support, and maintain laboratory and pathology information systems

• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance across hospital environments

• Partner with clinical and IT teams to support workflows and system enhancements

• Participate in integrated and multi-departmental system testing

• Ensure systems meet regulatory and operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Lab Science, Computer Science, or related field

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst (or Sr. Analyst) in a healthcare setting

• Experience supporting clinical systems (lab/pathology strongly preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
