POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting into the owners, the President will evolve, guide, and execute company vision by providing strategy, leadership, and accountability to drive significant growth. The company operates in the healthcare equipment space and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is largely remote with occasional onsite visits with the rest of the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
• Manage and direct the company toward its financial goals and other objectives
• Lead and develop the executive team
• Oversee the financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards
• Evolve organizational structure to align with strategic priorities

REQUIRED

• Several years of executive experience during a growth phase, delivering full P&L results
• Advanced financial acumen: ability to quickly assimilate market, financial, and business economics
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited University
• Outstanding leadership skills: inspiring, empowering, and developing leaders and teams to achieve strategic goals while fostering a respectful, accountable, and productive culture
