    POSITION DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the Pricing Analyst will serve as the pricing expert for the company and have responsibility for completing pricing requests for prospective and existing clients, will provide reporting services to the Finance department, and will work with the Chief Actuary, Sales Team, Client Services Team, and Project Management Team to develop pricing strategy for new services.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    • As the pricing expert for the company, this role will be responsible for completing any pricing requests from Sales, Client Services, or any other department when required.
    • As the subject matter expert on pricing, this position will also spearhead the development of new pricing tools and be directly involved in the business strategy of creating new goods and services.
    • Generate and support delivery of pricing proposals and return on investment projections to prospective clients and consultants. Make recommendations and help create new tools for creating efficiencies for the process. This requires a complete understanding of the reports themselves and the key components within the reports.
    • Identify current client statistics to create case studies and white papers for presentation to all stakeholders.
    • This position will also complete Pro Forma requests for new business and will work with the Chief Actuary to develop and maintain those tools.
    • In the future, this position will be responsible for coordinating the pricing tools and systems across the entirety of Everside Health.

    The Pricing Analyst will also provide data and reporting support for the greater Finance department. These duties could include but are not limited to:

    • Auditing our supply invoicing systems to ensure it is consistently updated.
    • Assisting with payroll entry creation.
    • Coordinating with Client Services to ensure the billing profiles for their Clients are up to date.
    • Become familiar with the general ledger of the company to be able to provide reporting support to the Finance department for monthly close.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, or related data-management field.
    • 2-5 Years of pricing, reporting or data management experience.
    • Possesses a high attention to detail. Role must be able to keep business level strategy in mind, while also focusing on specific processes.
    • Able to be a proactive team player and assist with the guidance of other coworkers and across different departments.
    • Ability to explain pricing and financial results to non-financially trained leaders.
    • Demonstrated strength collaborating cross-functionally on business objectives from concept to implementation.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong expertise with Excel. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus.

    • Ability to participate in meetings in a variety of environments.
