The Healthtrax Assistant Membership Director supports the General Manager and is responsible for new member acquisition and leading the Membership Advisor staff to success. Consistent personal growth, achievement and departmental success put you on the path to management.
Candidates must have a personal interest and commitment to fitness and wellness with a desire for continuous learning; an understanding for the bottom-line and business approach to job performance. Must have a positive, can do attitude with the ability to work in a results oriented environment, where held accountable for daily planning, performance and customer service excellence.
About the demands of the job:
Consistency in achieving and, or exceeding personal and team new member enrollment results
Executing the sales and marketing plan within budget
Ensuring the integrity of the Center and the guest experience from community/corporate outreach with prospecting, touring, presenting benefits of membership to the accuracy of paperwork
Facilitating successful orientation and ongoing customer service to engage new and current members in programs and services offered at the center
Training, scheduling, mentoring and motivating team members utilizing Healthtrax resources, standard operating procedures, best practices, job shadowing and regular team and individual meetings
Ensuring adherence to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook
Exhibiting a desire for continual learning, research and growth for professional development and to be the best you can be
Does this describe you?
A can do attitude! Candidate with 3 or more years in sales and management with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and developing and retaining team members. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or health related field, preferred. Prospecting, communication and telephone skills necessary. Proficient in Microsoft Office. CPR Certified and, or willing to renew or obtain it upon hire.
