We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, personable sales and customer service oriented professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor. As part of our Membership Team, you'll have a broad set of responsibilities including creating great experiences for members and guests, introducing guests and prospective members to all the club has to offer, advising them on membership options that meet their lifestyle and will enable them to reach their fitness goals, and supporting them as they begin their fitness journey with us.

The knowledge and training you'll receive as a Membership Sales Advisor will give you a strong skills foundation and a broad understanding of the industry, thus providing you with an excellent steppingstone into management roles throughout our company. Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following experience and qualities:

A passion for fitness, health and wellness.

Enjoys networking and building relationships.

Commitment to providing top notch customer service and some experience working in a fast paced customer service role.

Computer-savvy and proficient in using programs such as Word & Excel.

Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner.

Experience in a sales environment a plus but not a requirement.

Bachelors degree.
