Healthworks, an innovator and leader in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years, is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist in Coolidge Corner. This is a full- or part-time, permanent position and Healthworks provides an excellent salary and comprehensive benefits package.

We provide our Massage Therapists with guaranteed hours. You will not be sent home if you are scheduled but have no appointments. You will also have a guaranteed schedule that will not change from week to week. We hold true to our schedules so you can have a better quality of life outside of work. Healthworks will help you grow your clientele and become stronger through advanced education and coaching.

Our massage therapists work hand in hand with our personal trainers to support thousands of women in their journey to live healthy lives. We are looking for candidates who are able to explain products, services, and treatments to members and assist them with determining their individual needs.

We provide our massage therapists with excellent compensation. You'll earn an hourly rate plus commissions and tips and there's potential to earn bonuses as well. Our dedicated staff will help guide you through the on-boarding process and throughout the entirety of your employment here. You either have a current National or Massachusetts license to practice massage therapy OR are in the process of obtaining a National or Massachusetts license.
