We are seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) to join the management team of our Back Bay club location. This is a great opportunity for a leader who is passionate about customer service, managing front line teams, and making a difference in the lives of women through health and fitness. The AM is a will have the ability to make a big impact on our members’ experience and the company's business practices. The AM will oversee our front desk, Kid's Club and Cafe and be responsible for key customer service initiatives.

The ideal candidate has the following experience and qualities:
Commitment to providing high level customer service and experienced working in a fast paced customer service role
Must have excellent leadership/management skills
Experience with financial analysis and history of attaining revenue goals
Highly developed team-building skills with the ability to work effectively with all layers of management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of self-organization, discipline and ability to efficiently multi-task
A passion for health and wellness
Computer-savvy and proficient in using programs such as Word & Excel
Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner
High standards in ethics, service and image
Some sales experience a plus
