The Amazing Chickpea in Minneapolis, MN is looking for one customer support associate to join our strong team. We are located on 9900 13th Ave N, Suite# 150, Plymouth, MN 55441. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

An experienced customer support associate who is also comfortable in a soft sales role. Primary responsibilities include managing a pipeline of 1500 identified potential customers and assisting them in the follow up and sales process.

Customer Support Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and drive sales. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Customer Support Associate, you should stay up to date with product features, and maintain a calm tone, delight customers with helpful knowledge and high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Customer Support Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and answering their questions

Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in English

Willingness to follow up on leads via phone, email and zoom calls between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm

Familiarity with or willingness to learn our ERP and CRM system

Organization and attention to detail and a Problem solver

Overall friendly demeanor with good people skills

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through focused personal attention

Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Follow and achieve TAC sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and communicate with Company President and others about sales (for planning purposes)

Actively seek out customers leads from HubSpot

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Actively pursue new avenues of growth for TAC (e.g. planning marketing activities, updating sales/marketing emails or documents)

Help with Order fulfillment and samples shipments.

Able to use Shipstation for shipping.

Able to manage Amazon Seller Inventory.

Skills and Qualifications

Able to use (or willing to learn) HubSpot to identify leads and follow with leads track customers through the sales process

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices specific to our company

Familiarity with inventory procedures Understanding of inventory procedures

A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
