Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Quickly identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have healthcare recruiting/staffing experience
