We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to work in one of our contracted facilities in San Diego, CA! Day shift, 7a-3:30p and Evening shift, 2p-10:30p available for 13-week contract.

Compensation

Gross Weekly- $2400.00 (40 Hours)

• Hourly - $15.38
• Overtime - $23.06
• Blended- $60.00
• Taxed – $615.00
• Untaxed- $1785.00

Job Description

The Clinical Scientist is responsible for specimen processing and analysis, evaluation, and reporting of waived, moderately and highly complex laboratory test result, in accordance with departmental procedures and professional standards, to provide accurate data in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• CA State License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological Science or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution, or other education requirements as stated in CLIA
• ASCP Certification (or equivalent) required.
• 1-year current Blood Bank experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years hospital laboratory work experience
