• Gross Weekly - $3294.00
• Blended Hourly- $91.50
• Hourly - $35.60
• OT - $53.39
• Taxed- $1495.00
• Untaxed- $1799.00
• On Call- $6/hr
• Call Back Pay- $10/hr

Job Description:

The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for the performance of technical work and related patient care involved in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease and interventional radiology. Performs radiographic procedures of a highly specialized nature requiring attention to sterile technique, close patient observation and specialized radiographic equipment. Performs diagnostic or/and interventional studies

Responsibilities:

• Competently functions in all roles for procedures performed in the Cath and Vascular Labs within the scope of practice - Circulate, Scrub, and monitor
• Follows through on problems that may compromise patient care by using the appropriate chain of command
• Communicates appropriate information to charge nurse/supervisor/manager in a timely manner
• Initiates immediate and effective emergency treatment for life saving conditions
• Documents accurately and timely according to guidelines
• Writes Legibly
• Ensures supplies and equipment for patient care are readily available and organized in an efficient manner
• Monitors patients post procedures professionally, safely, and according to established guidelines/orders

Qualifications:

• Active License required
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• 1 + years’ experience required.
