Someone that will run a business as there own and get compensated accordingly

I own multiple businesses and i need someone to manage and oversee te day to day operations of an Automotive repair shop

Duties will include 

Working with the technicians on building the job

Ordering the parts

Doing the billing

Making sure that the hours build match the hours of Labor put in the job

Profit & Loss reports

Daily production / Profit sheets

Updating customers on repairs etc
