Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Salary: range: $35,000-$45,000/yr

HearWorks, a strategic growth and marketing company, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Assistant in the Houston area. Our growing company is searching for a Sales and Marketing Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements and updating the customer contact information as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

· Communicating with current prospective accounts via phone and email

· Ability to make 50+ phone calls daily

· Monitoring customer ad campaigns to continually improve and optimize results

· Reporting results to account teams to ensure campaign success and accountability

· Addressing customer questions and providing resolutions

· Participating in generating new and innovative ideas with the creative team

· Assist account managers in sales and marketing client calls

· Coordinate all efforts related to fulfilling promises made to clients (or projects)

REQUIREMENTS

· Associate degree (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)

· 1+ years' sales support experience

· Proficiency in CRM platforms

· Strong knowledge of MS Office suite

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment

· Ability to work with teams to ensure campaign and client success
