    Hearing Aid Specialist Clearwater/St. Pete/New Port Richie Fl We have reopened our Provider Program to accept a new candidate. Paid training and education to become a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist through the Florida Department of Health and earn your Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. We are looking for a faithful, able, and teachable professional that we can develop into a leader for coordinating and providing treatment in the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments to determine the best solutions for our patients • Provide personalized consultations, ensuring each patient understands their hearing health and treatment options • Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing devices, ensuring optimal performance for each user • Educate patients and their families on hearing aid care and maintenance, empowering them to manage their hearing health • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that align with our holistic approach • Stay updated on the latest advancements in hearing technology to provide cutting-edge solutions • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care within the team Qualifications: Skills Needed • Servant's Heart • Influential Sales skills putting patient needs as our top priority • Empathetic listener • Effective communicator • Encourager and influential team builder • Love for the seniors who desperately need our help (75-105 years old) • Performed at the top of your previous teams and assignments Position Information • Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm • Paid Training • Paid Education- Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and National Board Certification • PTO, Health, life, dental, vision, disability, and other • Healthy culture and Stable growth position for the right person • Base plus bonus $114,000+ per year • Apply in confidence Compensation: $104,000 - $116,500+
