Pérez Law is seeking a dedicated Hearing Representative to join our Workers’ Compensation team. As a firm committed to aggressive and ethical representation of injured workers, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced candidate to advocate for our clients at hearings and ensure their cases are positioned for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients at WCAB hearings, conferences, and trials under attorney supervision

Maintain hearing calendar and ensure timely appearances

Prepare hearing reports and summaries for attorneys and case handlers

Review and organize medical and legal documents for hearing readiness

Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel, and claims adjusters as needed

Support attorneys with case updates and strategy execution

Attend depositions, lien conferences, and settlement conferences as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation

Knowledge of WCAB procedures and California Workers’ Comp law

Ability to travel to various WCAB locations in California (mileage reimbursed)

Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

Familiarity with case management systems like MerusCase a plus
