Job Description

We are seeking licensed Physical therapists/assistants to work with our pediatric populations. This position is at one location and the clients are in house and the schedule is flexible as therapists can start as early as 7am 5 days a week. There is no travel indicated and hours are consistent.

**We currently have FULL TIME/ and PART TIME positions for licensed therapists who are already state licensed & credentialed. **

HSCF hires salaried full time with benefits OR consultants depending on the positions indicated at time of hire and how many hours you are able to provide.

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Degree-Florida State licensure

-National Association Certification

-Bilingual a plus

-Must meet all insurance provider standards and be provider with: medicaid, CMS, and CAQH

*all our clinicians have the opportunity to work in various programs and sites and are offered rotations if requested. We facilitate all credentialing and specific certifications.
