Lead and manage the kitchen and back-of-house operations efficiently

Work Schedule & Environment
Full-time position with 8 and 10-hour shifts
Availability required for weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
Monday-Saturday Availability (Required)
Alternating shifts of 7AM-3PM, 9AM-5PM, & 11AM-8PM (Required)
On-site role fostering direct team engagement and leadership
Qualifications
No formal education required; focus on motivation and leadership skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service, food quality, and food safety
Strong organizational and communication skills
2+ years of leadership experience (Required)
