We are seeking a professional and reliable person to serve as a Compliance and Testing Service Technician. Candidates that have a strong mechanical aptitude or experience with petroleum equipment are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be self-starters that can operate independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and inspection services on petroleum equipment for leak detection, vapor recovery, cathodic protection, secondary containment and tank monitoring systems.
- Complete in timely manner compliance and testing reports for customers.
- Communicate with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people.
- Present yourself professionally and be prompt when making service calls.
Education and Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED. Additional training and certification provided.
- One to three years-experience in construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC service
- Valid and clean driver’s license.
- Able to pass background check and drug screening.
Physical/Technical Requirements:
- Basic electronic/mechanical abilities, equipment operation and knowledge preferred
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Position requires stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing of ladders

Hours:
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, occasional overnight travel required.
