THE POSITION:

As a Transit Driver/Shipping & Receiving Team Member, you will:

• Operate delivery van and/or 14’ box truck.
• Inventory finished goods and materials.
• Load goods/materials into vehicle safely and securely, organize materials for delivery accordingly.
• Check all load–related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
• Check vehicle before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in good working order.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and operate vehicle in a safe manner.
• Handle shipping & receiving on a daily basis. Accurately receive and ship goods and materials.
• Conduct finished item counts, physical inventory and reconcile invoices/packing slips against deliveries.
• Follow all shipping and receiving standard operating procedures.

• Prior experience in a warehouse shipping or receiving role preferred.
• Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.
