Job Duties:

• Running Payroll
• Creating Suitable work schedules for staff
• Testing products
• Running company website and Social Media for the Business
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Training staff to produce high-quality bakery items while following proper food handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow strict Company guidelines for quality, shrink control, inventory/margin management, and payroll.
• Must be able to plan and research sales initiatives.
• Payroll Experience
• Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
• The ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,800.00 - $32,640.00 per year
