The Construction Administrative Assistant is the primary accounting and administrative support for construction projects from start up through final closeout. Serves as the liaison between the job site and the finance department, ensuring all accounting standard operating procedures are followed on the job site.
Performs activities related to contracts, bonds, insurance, payables, liens, billings, payroll/cost/budget reports for the job site management team.
Subcontractor Management and Billing
Insure all contracts with clients are completed
Create and maintain submittals, transmittals, RFI (request for information), processes documentation
Coordinate job site photos
Coordinating, collecting and issuing all close out documentation
Set up new jobs
Assist with proposals
Communicate with fields personnel and project managers
Develops and analyzes value management analysis options
