Sales & Recruiting Professional

We are looking for people who: Are exceptional communicators and creative thinkers and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The ideal fit for this role: 3+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting with a proven track record of success.
Must have writing skills- good grammar is essential as well as type 50 words per minute at the very least.

Sales: This sales role is responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting top talent; match making professionals with opportunities; and building long-standing relationships with decision makers.

• Likes to manage her/his work like it is her/his own business
• Ability to communicate at all levels confidently and effectively in an organization
• Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
• Good sense of humor

Recruitment: Your typical day will consist of sourcing candidates, interviewing them in person, guiding them through the hiring process, and making placements with our employer clients here in our community.

• Source, screen and interview candidates for potential employment
• Rapidly respond to applicants and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates
• Strategize creative ways to attract new talent and recommend improvements to the recruitment process (think outside the box!)
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the structure and nature of our business
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in order to sell our company’s mission to prospective candidates·

• Good at connecting on social media, but even better connecting by phone and face to face (including video chat)
