    If you are an organized, ambitious, goal-driven, results-orientated, and experienced real estate assistant, then you may be a good fit for our team! We are searching for someone who has a love for problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and "thinks outside the box". This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain all systems for buyers, sellers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration Make and dispense status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports and provide insight on any challenges or issues Do administrative duties like preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, answering phones, talking with customers, taking minutes, etc Promote our brand through social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events Demonstrate exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions, and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates Qualifications: Real estate license preferred but not required to apply Some weekend and evening hours are required Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply Excellent customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills Able to learn new software programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
