We are looking for an experienced Heating Specialist to join our team, someone who takes ownership of their work, values precision, and wants to be part of a company that sets the standard in the industry.

Position Overview As a Heating Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Hydronic heat, heat pumps, brazing, soldering, pipefitting, chillers, and HDPE fusion experience a plus. Diagnose and repair heating systems including boilers, furnaces, geothermal systems.

Accurately troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair.

Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC/heating & cooling experience, including some geothermal experience.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hydronic systems, boilers and high-efficiency equipment.

Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

Strong work ethic and professionalism.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
