WHAT THE ROLE IS: Multimedia Intern  This position reports to the Assistant Creative Services Manager – Multimedia as part of a larger, collaborative Creative Services team. This role will provide support in various aspects of photography, video, and production needs across a variety of brands.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Assisting with photography and video production for brands' social media, as well as Heaven Hill Corporate Communications and live events
• Potentially traveling to various facilities in Louisville and Bardstown, KY
• Shooting photography, depending on experience level
• Basic photography image editing
• Basic video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Digital asset management
• Organizing files on the shared server, Dropbox and the Digital Asset Management library
• Clipping out photos in Photoshop, e.g., bottle shots
• Converting files to a variety of formats

WHO YOU ARE:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, MacOSX, and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to tasks
• Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
• High attention to detail to ensure all standards and specifications are consistently met
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage details of multiple projects at once
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency for completion of tasks and projects
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
