Job Summary

Heaven's Angels Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide one-on-one and group assistance for the clients. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ needs, guiding patients through physical activities, and educating patients on the benefits of physical activity. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a wellness team.

Responsibilities

Perform one-on-one and/or group sessions to include all major muscle groups

Educate clients on the therapeutic benefits of physical therapy

Collaborate with doctors to create an individualized plan for each patient

Maintain accurate records of each session

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Ensure a clean and safe facility

Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations

Qualifications

Passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness and results through physical therapy

Previous experience in a therapeutic setting

Able to stand for long periods

Comfortable with performing therapies on diverse clients

Strongly service-oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting

High level of ethics and integrity
