📍 Greater Canton, OH Area 🚧 Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently:

Excavators

Skid steers

Telehandlers

Mini track loaders

Assist with construction of:

Docks, seawalls, and bulkheads

Retaining walls and hardscapes

Load, move, and stage materials on active jobsites

Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Work with your crew to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule

Maintain safety awareness—especially around water and uneven terrain

What We’re Looking For

✔ 1–3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience ✔ Ability to understand grades, elevations, and layout lines ✔ Strong work ethic – moves with purpose, not slow-paced ✔ Team player willing to jump in wherever needed

Bonus (Not Required):

Experience in waterfront or marine construction

CDL

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Drug-free workplace

Clean background

💰 Pay Structure

We pay based on skill, efficiency, and production—not just seat time.

$20–$24/hr → Entry-level operator (basic machine skills)

$25–$28/hr → Solid operator (productive, reliable)

$29–$32/hr → High-level operator (precise, efficient, jobsite impact)
