Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator (Dozer & Excavator)

Location: North Louisiana (Monroe, Shreveport, Alexandria, etc) Job Type: Emergency Response, 7 days a week, 10–12-hour shifts Pay: 30.00 hourly, $70 per diem for meals, and we provide a place for you to stay

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a dozer and excavator and will take responsibility for the care and basic maintenance of their equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate dozers and excavators safely and efficiently on various job sites

Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance (fueling, greasing, checking fluids, etc.)

Follow site plans, grades, and instructions to ensure work meets project specifications

Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members to maintain productivity and safety

Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating dozers and excavators

Strong understanding of construction and earthmoving procedures

Ability to read and follow site plans and grade stakes (preferred)

Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation to and from job sites
