Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operator to support our factory setup, equipment installation, and future production logistics operations. During the plant construction and equipment installation phase, this role will be responsible for operating heavy material handling equipment such as Super Heavy Duty Forklift and Telehandler Forklift to assist with unloading, transporting, positioning, and installation of machinery and equipment.
After production launch, this role will transition into daily logistics operations, including operating Straddle Carrier to load and unload our standard containerized BESS Products within the facility yard.
Key Responsibilities：
Operate heavy-duty forklifts, telehandlers, and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
Rigging experience highly desired
Ability to be trained, evaluated, and designated as a qualified operator per OSHA requirements for fork trucks, telehandler and straddle carrier
Support unloading of incoming machinery, structures, and production equipment.
Assist with internal transportation, positioning, and installation of factory equipment.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams during site setup activities.
Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
Follow all site safety rules and lifting procedures.
Operate straddle carrier and other material handling equipment for container movement.
Load and unload standard containerized BESS products within the yard or warehouse area.
Support warehouse material flow, shipping, receiving, and storage operations.
Maintain accurate movement records and follow inventory procedures.
Ensure safe and efficient yard traffic and container handling.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience operating heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts, telehandlers, container handling equipment, or similar machinery.
Valid equipment operator certifications/licenses preferred.
Strong understanding of safety standards for lifting and heavy equipment operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic mechanical knowledge for routine inspections and minor troubleshooting preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors and indoors in varying weather and industrial conditions. Ability to sit, stand, climb, and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed within safety guidelines.
