• Performing fine grading and site preparation with accuracy
• Supporting landscape construction crews with equipment-based tasks
• Maintaining equipment and reporting any mechanical issues
• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Heavy Equipment Operator training certificate (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
