Previous operating experience is required, as is an understanding of construction methods, tools, and digging around utilities and equipment. Benefits: • Boot Allowance after 60 Days • 4-10 Work Week • Competitive Wages • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off • Year-End Bonus Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain equipment for safe daily operations (i.e., fuel, grease, etc.) • Able to set shoring, calculate, and set proper grades and elevations • Comply with operating safety rules and regulations per OSHA safe practices • Adhere to all directions from the foreman and work with other team members to complete tasks properly and efficiently • May perform laborer duties when required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in the wet utility field (excavators, backhoes, loaders) • Must pass a pre-employment drug test • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, such as extreme temperatures and rain Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly
