You'll play a crucial role in our Snow & Ice Management team for the upcoming winter season, ensuring commercial properties remain safe and accessible. Your expertise with loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment will be instrumental in delivering the high-quality results we're known for. At Wolverine, we don't just clear snow; we set the standard for reliability and excellence. Responsibilities: • Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment during snow events. • Push, pile, and relocate snow according to site layouts and safety standards. • Perform pre- and post-shift inspections, monitoring fuel, fluids, and warning lights. • Communicate with dispatch and Zone Leaders to ensure smooth, efficient operations. • Record completion logs and upload site photos using company software. • Maintain safety and professionalism while representing Wolverine on every job site. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Prior experience operating loaders, skid steers, or other heavy equipment ( snow removal experience preferred ). • Strong spatial awareness and ability to operate safely in low-visibility conditions. • Availability during snow events, including overnights, weekends, and holidays. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a fast-paced team. Compensation: $22 - $35 hourly
