Responsibilities: • Operate loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment during snow events. • Push, pile, and relocate snow according to site layouts and safety standards. • Perform pre- and post-shift inspections, monitoring fuel, fluids, and warning lights. • Communicate with dispatch and Zone Leaders to ensure smooth, efficient operations. • Record completion logs and upload site photos using company software. • Maintain safety and professionalism while representing Wolverine on every job site. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Prior experience operating loaders, skid steers, or other heavy equipment ( snow removal experience preferred ). • Strong spatial awareness and ability to operate safely in low-visibility conditions. • Availability during snow events, including overnights, weekends, and holidays. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a fast-paced team. Compensation: $22 - $35 hourly
