ABOUT US:

We are a family owned and operated business located in Southern California.

We are currently hiring A-level, B-level, and C-level technicians for immediate openings performing both in-shop and road-call repairs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position requires an experienced, team-oriented technician with strong problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and productivity.

Candidates must be able to accurately complete required paperwork and documentation, maintain safe and responsible work habits, provide their own basic hand tools, and communicate parts and material needs necessary for successful job completion.

Our technicians must have experience working on a wide variety of heavy-duty truck makes and models and diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic systems, diesel engines, and drivetrain components. Applicants should have experience removing and replacing transmissions, clutches, differentials, and rear axle assemblies, as well as performing major engine repairs and rebuilds.

Additional experience should include general truck and trailer repair, electrical and wiring diagnosis and repair, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems efficiently.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience

· Trade school, mechanical coursework, and/or equivalent hands-on experience

· Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines, brakes, drivetrain systems, electrical systems, diagnostics, and general mechanical repair

· Comfortable using computers and electronic diagnostic equipment

· Self-motivated; leadership skills are a plus

· Physical ability to perform the mechanical and technical duties required for the position

· Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy parts, tools, and equipment as required to perform the essential duties of the position

· Must possess a valid driver’s license
