Compensation- The pay range is $70,000-$80,000 or more annually, based on your productivity and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: The Senior Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to Family Law Attorneys in the firm's family law practice. The Senior Paralegal will be responsible for working very closely with the Senior Family Law Attorneys they support, as well as handling complex legal tasks and cases independently. Key Responsibilities: • Work very closely to support your Family Law Attorneys • Conduct legal research and analysis • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, discovery requests, and responses • Assist attorneys in the preparation for trial, including organizing and reviewing evidence, preparing witness lists, and drafting motions and briefs • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process • Manage case files and documents, including organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience working as a family law paralegal • Experience with all aspects of family law, especially preparing pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery • Strong research and writing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
