Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a seasoned, sharp, caring, motivated Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of current experience in family law to join our dynamic team. As a Family Law Attorney at Hecht Family Law, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through some of the most critical and transformative moments of their lives. Responsibilities: As a Family Law Attorney, your duties will include: • Providing Expert Legal Advice: Offer comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and more. • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective representation for each client. • Courtroom Advocacy: Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills and legal acumen. • Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and other related paperwork (working with paralegal). • Negotiation and Mediation: Engage in negotiations and mediations to secure favorable outcomes for clients. • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing any concerns or questions promptly. • Legal Research: Conduct legal research as needed to stay current with evolving laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to family law, and use them to our clients' advantage. • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
