    Now, let's talk about qualifications:

    - Education and Experience: While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, an associate degree or higher is preferred. Dental experience of at least 1 year is a must, coupled with a knack for customer service.

    - Skills and Abilities: Fluent in English, with excellent telephone etiquette and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus.

    Your duties will include:

    • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients
    • Obtain and process insurance authorizations for dental procedures
    • Review and interpret dental records and documentation for accurate coding
    • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines
    • Collaborate with dental staff to resolve insurance-related issues and follow up on outstanding insurance claims. Maintain Accounts Receivables.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records/Insurance Fee Schedules
    • Assist patients with insurance inquiries and provide information on coverage and benefits
    • Process check-out procedure for patients
    • Receive and return incoming calls from/to patients
