    Position : Telemarketing Sales Representative

    Pay Rate: $16.00 /hourly + Commission.

    Location: Stockton, CA

    Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

    Job Description:

    Hedy Holmes Staffing is seeking a Telemarketer Sales Representative who has great attention to detail and organization skills. They will be responsible for outbound calls with provided leads and the goal of securing new business with B2B appointment setting.

    Telemarketing Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential clients to set up appointments for a free consultation with Account Executives.
    • Make over 150 calls per day with provided leads.
    • Send over 50 emails a day with provided leads.
    • Generate sales opportunities through the telephone.
    • Generate appointments using warm and cold leads.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals assigned.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction on inbound calls.
    • Update leads on Salesforce CRM.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent profession (preferred).

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to interact and communicate with clients via phone and email.
    • Experience in a call center or customer service position (preferred).
    • Capable of being employed in a full-time position and work from the Stockton office.
    • 1-3 years of tele sales or general sales experience, inbound customer service experience applicable.
    • High energy, possess a strong desire to achieve top results and has a positive attitude over the phone.
    • Experience driving sales and campaigns with B2B clients.
    • Must have a proven track record over the phone.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CMS applications and relevant software preferred.
    • Basic data entry and retrieval skills are required.
    • Industry knowledge or experience in telecommunications/internet services is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and build a pipeline.
    • Results oriented. Strong analytical skills.
