Heiden, Inc. is a precision custom metal fabrication business established in 1958. The company operates out of a 92,400 sq. ft. Manufacturing plant located in Manitowoc, WI. The company has two manufacturing
divisions described below. Heiden employs 60 skilled people and is ISO 9001-2015 Certified. Manufacturing employees work two ten-hour shifts (Mon-Thu). Heiden serves over 125 customers predominantly in the upper Midwest.

The Metal Fabrication Division provides high-quality precision metal fabricated parts to customers in a wide range of industries including Transportation, Construction, HVAC, Restaurant, Communication, Agriculture, Electronics, and Power Systems. In addition to specializing in Stainless Steel and Aluminum welding, our skilled craftsmen work with a variety of metals in the fabrication process. Our capabilities include Design and Engineering services. Our CAD and drafting software, enable us to take a project from initial concept through final production.
Crane Attachments Division www.heidencrane.com
The Crane Attachments Division manufactures a line of uniquely engineered crane-truck attachments including trash grapples, railroad grapples, pole/pipe grapples, log and pulp grapples, material handling forks, wallboard forks, roof hoppers & dump boxes, and clam buckets. Our high-quality attachment products and accessories for cranes are well known in the Construction, Railroad, Trash and Scrap, Roofing and Logging Industries.
This division represents Heiden’s own branded proprietary product line, and are sold through a dealer network. Jacobson Paint Finishes, LLC www.jacobsonpaint.com Jacobson Paint Finishes (JPF), a sister company with common ownership, offers industrial wet paint, powder coat paint, and media blasting services out of a 28,000 square foot facility also located in Manitowoc, WI. JPF employs 15 people. Roughly 50% of JPF’s sales revenue comes from Heiden, Inc.

Welding: Robotic and Manual Mig & Tig Welding, Resistance (Spot Welding), Certified in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Metal Core, and Flux Core Welding
Design Engineering: VA/VE collaboration, Solidworks 3D Modeling software and Simulation, CADKEY, Lantek Nesting Software, and Metabend Software
