As a Home Healthcare Recruiter, you will be making a difference in the lives of your fellow team members, our caregivers, and our clients. THE POSITION... This is an exciting time for the HR Department! We are growing and in the process of updating many of our processes, including our recruitment system and procedures. We are looking for an experienced, driven, and self-motivated recruiter who understands recruitment strategy and is ready to take on the challenges of change and move to best practices. HOME HEALTHCARE RECRUITER WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the talent acquisition process for all direct care positions.
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in healthcare recruiting, home health preferred but not required.
