Job Description

POSSIBLE PART TIME AS LONG AS IN OFFICE DAILY. IE: 10AM-2PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounts Receivables – Receiving, entering in to QB, and posting customer payments.
• Accounts Payables – Receiving, processing, and posting invoices.
• Resolving customer claims and chargebacks.
• Assisting with account collections
• Reconciling monthly
• Maintain accounting records by filing, scanning, and copying
• Liaising with other departments as necessary
• Work with CPA as needed

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
• Fast-learner, results-oriented individual
• Confident, team player who can help create, refine and expand this role over time
• Problem solving skills
