    Heller Jewelers, trusted family-owned jeweler for over 25 years. Heller Jewelers is an Authorized Retailer for Rolex, Cartier, Tag Heuer and Tudor timepieces.

    The store also offers a wide selection of bridal jewelry as well as Designer Jewelry from Roberto Coin, Hearts on Fire, Gabriel & Co., Pomellato, and many more.

    CULTIVATE AND GROW CLIENT BASE

    • Cultivates the client relationship through personalized connection
    • Acquires and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with new clients and retaining/building spend of existing clients
    • Ability to strategize own business and be self‐motivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity and strong client relationships
    • Utilizes digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
    • Proactively utilizes mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand the business

     

    CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM SUCCESS

    •  Partners with others to provide the best client experience
    •   Connect with our jewelers/designers to efficiently and expertly research and provide all information needed for      jewelry inquiries.
    •  Have a passion for jewelry and fashion and immerse yourself in the designer jewelry culture, staying aware of current trends in the designer jewelry space. Learn about our unique designers and their approach to jewelry as well as all jewelry basics.
    •   Visual merchandising: Along with your colleagues, set up and break down the jewelry every day. Help merchandise display cases as new jewelry arrives on a regular basis.

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

     

    • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
    • Knowledge of Jewelry/Retail POS Software preferred
    • Operations: Learn and be responsible for taking in repairs, writing up special orders and following the orders through to completion.
    • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends.
    • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
    • Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration

     

    RENUMERATION

    •  Base hourly rate of pay plus sales commission $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
