Job Description

As a PR intern, you will be working closely with our founder and the entire marketing team to assist in creating, managing and implementing PR strategies. We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact at a small company with a proven track record, this is a chance to get in on the ground floor as we take our company to the next level.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting products and services through public relations initiatives
• Building media lists for podcasts, blogs, print and online publications
• Researching relevant contacts and conducting outreach to build relationships with media
• Developing story ideas for various industry verticals, including women's empowerment, travel, entrepreneurship, business, personal growth and more
• Researching media coverage and industry trends to develop additional story lines
• Pitching partnerships, speaking engagements and more
• Concepting new campaign and marketing strategies to support the launch of new products and programs

• All about the hustle, or in other words, you love making things happen. You go above and beyond, and are committed to getting the job done -- even if the work is sometimes unsexy, because you know it matters to the business
• This internship is located in Austin, TX. No remote applications, please :)

Hours are Tuesday-Friday 10am-3pm, June 5th - August 31st
