We provide high-quality concrete floor coatings, storage, and organization systems—and homeowners are actively requesting our services. No cold calling. No chasing leads. We set the appointments—you close the sale.

What You’ll Do

 Average 3-5 in-home appointments per day with homeowners

 Inspect concrete and design customized solutions

Present and sell floor coatings, storage, and organization systems

 Build trust and guide homeowners through buying decisions

 Deliver a 5-star homeowner experience from start to close

Help to transform garages across Delmarva

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred: remodeling, roofing, windows, etc.)

Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Coachable and open to feedback

Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel the Delmarva Peninsula

Compensation & Benefits

$65K–$105K+ expected earnings (uncapped commission)
