    What We’re Looking For

    Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a coachable mindset

    Sales or homeowner-facing service experience preferred (in-home or consultative sales a plus)

    Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

    A team player who values feedback and personal growth

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays

    Basic computer proficiency

    What You’ll Do

    As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through our proven sales process.

    Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

    Traveling to pre-qualified, scheduled appointments (no cold calling)

    Conducting in-home consultations and evaluations

    Presenting customized solutions and detailed proposals

    Educating homeowners on products and services

    Closing sales and following up to ensure satisfaction

    Meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals
