We are looking for a Customer Call Executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, striving to effectively address their every need.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
Requirements:
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
Good computer and typing skills.
Self-motivated individual.
