We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team for the summer season. Our restaurant operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, works efficiently, and takes pride in delivering consistently great food. Start date as early as March 1!
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Salary: $12/hr + tips (avg $6-$8/hr)
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service
Set up and break down station daily
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
Previous line cook experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak service
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
