Prep Cook (Seasonal)
Join our fast-paced, high-volume waterfront restaurant on Lake Norman for the 2026 season (March–October). We’re hiring part-time and full-time Prep Cooks to support our kitchen team and help deliver fresh, high-quality dishes throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef specifications
Wash, chop, portion, and store food items properly
Maintain clean and organized prep stations
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Support overall kitchen efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Basic knife skills and kitchen knowledge preferred
Ability to follow recipes and directions accurately
Weekend and holiday availability required
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
